The nationally recognized
certification is awarded through a comprehensive employee survey that measures
workplace culture, trust, and overall employee experience. This year, more
Empath Health colleagues participated in the survey than ever before, resulting
in a 73% favorable rating, compared to the average 57% from a typical
U.S.-based company. Notably, 89% of Empath colleagues agreed that their work
has special meaning and is more than "just a job," reflecting the
organization's deep commitment to purpose-driven care and service.
